Sound familiar? Well, I am here to tell you that you are not alone. I can’t tell you how many patients have expressed these fears to me over the years. But you know what? They told me that from my chair. They managed to overcome their fear and were sitting in my chair, meaning they took the first step, the biggest step, in conquering their fear.
